BACKS ON BEDS VISITS REGOMODITSWE CHILDRENS HOME

Backs on Beds focuses on providing children with beds or sleeping arrangements, typically for those in need, because quality sleep is critical for a child’s physical and mental development. Giving back through the “Backs on Beds” initiative is critical for the physical, emotional, and educational development of needy children, and it benefits both individuals and communities.

• Backs on Beds paid a visit to Regomoditswe Children’s Home this week. This lovely orphanage, which opened in 2006, currently houses 18 children and serves 5 others ranging in age from 1 month to 18 years. Because of the high demand for placement of such children, the number of children we house continues to grow.

• Our goal is to bridge the gap for these children. We strive to improve their lives and prepare them for a brighter future. We strive to provide them with education so that they can become self-sufficient in the future.
