1. A discontinued unit is an item that has been discontinued by the Manufacturer.
2. The item is no longer available for import or sale.
3. The discontinued item is sold as is and cannot be re-purchased or exchanged for the same product in the future years.
4. The price of the discontinued item is not to be repeated and will not apply for any future purchases.
5. The discontinued item will carry a 5-year Pharmaline limited warranty and not a TEMPUR warranty – Terms and Conditions available on request.
6. The product will depreciate as follows:

   YEARLY DEPRECIATION %

   • 1 year – 20%
   • 2 years – 40%
   • 3 years – 60%
   • 4 years – 80%
   • 5 years – 100%
