This is a dream to sleep on. If you don’t know about tempur then you need to do some research, OMG! Softest, most comfortable sleep ever. I guess maybe its not for everyone but everyone I know loves it.
Cured my neck pain –
My wife makes fun of me because she calls me a memory foam pillow geek. I’d be buying a new memory like once a month, and returning, never finding the perfect one but willing to try almost all types and varieties. I haven’t returned them all and still have a collection of about ten of them.
However, I don’t need to buy any now that I have my Tempur Symphony pillow. It has two sides that you can use, and it has literally cured me of my neck pain. I had been seeing a chiropractor like once a month for an adjustment, but don’t need to now. It’s not the softest pillow, so if you need something soft, this is not the right pillow for you. It’s not too firm, but it’s a firmness that has worked excellent for me. I used to wake up in neck pain a few times a week and would get new pillows and nothing ever worked. Until now. It doesn’t really sleep hot either. I don’t notice a big difference compared to a gel pillow so this isn’t something I’d be too worried about when looking at this pillow.

Great Night Sleep! –
I have had neck problems and this pillow is awesome. I sleep on my back but also on my sides. It’s perfect for either. It does have a bit of smell, but not horrible and will likely get better. The pillow is heavy.
Been using it for some time –
I purchased pillow 2 years ago and I really like it. Unlike other pillows that go flat, this pillow has kept it’s shape all this time. The pillow is rather heavy, so if you get into pillow fights, this pillow will knock your opponent to their feet.
I like the pillow so much, I just purchased their cloud mattress with the advanced base that has a wireless remote.
If you are looking for a good pillow that will last for years, this is the pillow for you.
Thinner than the original –
I needed a thinner pillow than the original Tempur for my neck and this is it. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time. It’s a bit hard but if it’s like the bed, it will get softer in time.

It really helped a lot. Did not completly solve my snoring but cut about 80 percent of it. I would recommend it

I am so spoiled by this pillow. It is worth the money. Mine is over 3 years old and it feels brand new. A good pillow makes all the difference in neck pain and this pillow is the best of the Tempur brand

I highly recommend this pillow if you have trouble sleeping or want more comfort. The memory foam in this pillow it’s amazing It’ll reduce pressure in your neck and head. Another great thing about it is that the cover is removable and you can always take out to wash it. Overall it’s a soft pillow and won’t change shapes I really recommend it for anyone.
Awesome pillow –
I got this pillow for my bedridden mother… she loves it and can’t be without it!!! Every nursing home should have these!!! Priceless!! Don’t let the price scare you off it will give you the best rest EVER! It feels hard to start with but as you rest on it your body warms it and it molds to your head shape. My friend got the kidney bean shaped one and it has helped his stiff neck.

I am a side sleeper and I love this pillow! I take it with me on vacation because other normal pillows just don’t cut it after using this one. It is more of a firm pillow but will gain some give after a little use. I have had mine for 3 years and am going to get another because it has gotten to the point where it’s not as full and supportive as it once was.
Best sleep in a long time –
This pillow is amazing! It is firm and supportive without being hard. It doesn’t collapse like the other generic memory foam pillows and go flat. It isn’t hot like so many other foam products leaving you a sweaty mess in the morning. I really like that it has two distinctive sides for back sleeping and side sleeping. I am usually a side sleeper but after my c-section I have been forced to be a back sleeper during my recovery and this pillow has been a sanity saver! Expensive but worth every penny!

This is the BEST PILLOW EVER! If you have neck pain at night then get this pillow! It’s amazing. I was waking up with pinched nerves and constant neck pain. I was told by a friend to invest in this pillow b.c. she swore it would get rid of those pains and be super comfortable. She was right! It molds right to your neck and head. I love it and highly recommend it!
Great pillow. –
Great pillow. It has more of a slope on one side than the other. I make sure the steeper slope is on the bottom to accommodate my shoulder since I sleep on my shoulder (can’t break the habit). Since I’ve had this pillow, I haven’t once had a sore neck or shoulder and I wake up much less in the middle of the night with nerve pain. It’s expensive, and is a bit more solid / heavy than most people seem to prefer. If at all possible, I recommend stopping in a Vencasa store and see if you can see/feel one in person.
An Excellent Pillow! –
I’m a restless sleeper. I toss and turn and keep myself awake for hours. I tried this pillow and the body pillow and the Tempur mattress topper. I’ve been happy with all of them. I’m not cured of being a restless sleeper, but I’ve noticed a big difference.

Expensive but worth every penny –
These pillows are amazing. I’ve had mine for 10 years, yes 10 years and it’s just not getting to where I need a new one. These pillows are heavy and firm but you will sleep like a dream.
6 Year Owner and Counting… –
I Love this pillow. It has been my favorite pillow since I purchased it in January 2005. I even take this pillow camping with me. I simply couldn’t imagine using any other pillow. I do travel internationally and miss my Tempur pillow when I do. I am not sure when they loose shape but I know that mine has kept it’s shape for 6 years now. It doesn’t smell and never has- I sleep great. My body alignment seem to be perfect with this pillow.

I love this pillow. I just got it for Christmas and it’s the best pillow out there. Perfect to sleep on. Your head just sinks into it. Not too stiff or too soft but just right!!! The truth about tempur –
I actually own all of tempur pillows and I also own the cloud mattress. First, let me address the common complaints about these products, then I will address the superiority of these products as well as give justification for the costs of the tempur items.
1)All of their products arrive with a distinct and strong plastic smell to them- this is an accurate statement & you have two choices with this: a) Do not put a separate sheet or pillow case on the product, just use the sheet or pillow cover that it comes with for the first week. if you do it this way, it helps break the product in (makes it softer) and lets the product breathe. The smell will go away after 7 days, I timed it. This timetable is universal for all of their products. b) Put a separate pillow case or sheet on the product and literally wait months for the smell to go away.
2)The mattresses and pillows are too firm- this is a correct statement for the first few nights. When I first laid on the pillows (with the exception of the cloud pillow), it felt way too firm. I even told myself that I was stupid for ordering the two pillows I bought.
3)The tempur products trap body heat- this statement is blatantly false. Never once have I had any issue with heat on my cloud mattress or any of my pillows. I have a very high metabolism and my body cranks out a lot of heat, as a result I cannot sleep if I am too hot.
4)The tempur products do not hold their shape after a few months or years- this statement is also blatantly false. I have had my cloud mattress for almost a year now and I have had most of the pillows for over three years, let me assure you, the tempur products do not loose any shape, at all. There are no caved in portions of the mattress or in any of my pillows. They are exactly the same shape now as when I took them out of the box, and I use my pillows and mattress every night and guests use the other pillows. They will never loose shape, I realize that now.
5)Superior build quality- the mattresses and pillows are constructed to last forever, right down to the stitching. Their products are literally indestructible, not only is the quality leaps and bounds above the competition, you will notice the difference in quality and build whenever you lay on a regular mattress or pillow. Everything just feels cheap compared to tempur products. No, this effect is not psychological, it is very real and noticeable right out of the box.
6)Tempur products are very expensive, but not overpriced- you get what you pay for, if you decide to purchase a tempur product, you will pay through the nose, but you will know where that extra money went after a week of sleeping on any of their products. Trust me on this, it is well worth the money. No I am not rich, I was able to purchase the mattress and pillows over time. I spaced it out, I saved.
7)The extra money you shell out for tempur products actually saves you money in the long run. As I said before, their products last forever. If you purchase a mattress and or pillows from tempur, those will be the last you will ever have to buy. Trust me on this, that mattress and pillow are going to outlive you.
8)Out of this world comfort- as I stated earlier, when you first get the products (with the exception of the cloud pillow/mattresses- they arrive soft, no breaking in), they will feel too firm. Almost like sleeping on a wet rock or wet compact sand. Make sure you sleep with only the cover their products come with. You can put additional covers on you, but don’t put them on the mattress (between the mattress and your body) and likewise don’t put an extra pillow case on the pillows. Do this for the first week and I guarantee you the pillow/mattress will get softer and more comfortable after each night. By the 5th night, watch out, you will not want to get up in the morning. The sleep quality is nothing like I have ever experienced in my life. It literally starts to feel like you are sleeping on a cloud, you feel weightless. Once those memory cells open up from body heat and pressure after the first five nights, you will be in heaven. You will never go back to any other type of mattress ever again, be rest assured of that.

Great if you suffer from migraines –
So, i get migraines very often and i was looking into getting a new pillow because mine was getting kind of lumpy and that doesn’t help migraines. I heard this pillow was good for that. It’s been 2 months and although i have also been prescribed migraine meds, i honestly believe this pillow takes a lot of the credit for me not having as many as i used to, it’s actually been a month or so since i’ve had one. Last time i did however, i was able to lay on it and not feel like i wanted to die. Which is very different from my old pillow where as i couldn’t lay down on it because it would make it worse. I highly recommend this pillow. It’s a little pricey but it’s worth it in my opinion.
Best pillow ever –
I have had my symphony for just over a year now, and it is the best pillow I’ve ever had. I’ve always liked down pillows for the softness they provide, but always had to sleep with the down pillow on top of a regular one to get enough support. I tried the standard tempur neck pillow but could never get comfortable with the shape of it. This pillow is perfect for both back and side sleeping, and I haven’t had neck pain on waking up since I’ve owned it. It seemed a little hard at first, but after 10 minutes or so of laying on it (I think it conforms to both weight and heat), your head sinks in just enough and you are cradled at the perfect angle for your neck. It always pops back to regular shape as soon as you get up, unlike my past down pillows that I had to get rid of after a year because they’d be completely flat. You have to try this pillow, it is the best!
Saves my neck –
This pillow has relieved my recurring neck and shoulder pain. At +2k, it isn’t cheap, but I sleep well and wake up without any neck pain or discomfort. I consider it money well spent, and still much more economical than visiting doctors and getting x-rays.
It did take me some time to adjust in the beginning; my neck was already sore from previous pillows. I would start out each night with the Symphony pillow, wake up because it felt too hard, toss it aside and grab my old pillow. After about 7 to 10 days, I was sleeping beautifully all night with no pain on the
Symphony pillow. I won’t travel without it now. I just recently bought my 2nd one and am now using my old Symphony as a back-up or travel pillow.

My favorite pillow –
Best pillow I ever had. I tend to toss and turn in my sleep a lot and I like that this pillow has two sides for back or side sleeping. It is very comfortable. This is my second pillow. I used the first one for years but it finally went flat. I blame this partially to letting people sit on it or against it in my office chair as well. Don’t put too much pressure long term on this pillow. It will lose its “memory”.
Best of my 3 tempurpedic pillows. –
I have the tradition back sleeping pillow with the larger mound on one end and also have a more kidney shaped pillow. I’m not aware of either of their names at this point but this symphony is THE BEST by far. It feel thicker and I know it is supporting my head better than the other two. Additionally, I’ve had neck pain from an injury at work as a physical therapist assistant and hope the other two pillows would have given me relief. Sadly, they didn’t so I gave this a shot after my GF purchased it. I am elated to report that my neck feels about 75% better since I started sleeping with this. You cannot go wrong and if you were to only get one pillow, this is it.

Best. Pillow. Ever. In the past I have slept on the Tempur Neck pillow and, most recent, a Tempur knock off. We have had the Tempur mattress for over 10 years. When I finally grew tired of waking up in the middle of the night with numb ears from my hard as a rock knock off, I started shopping. I was going to go with another Neck pillow, but, as a side sleeper, decided on this one. It’s been two weeks and every night I lay down I just smile. Before dropping off to sleep immediately. The support and comfort are unmatched even in the Tempur Neck Pillow. Yes, there is a smell, but, as someone with migraines and multiple chemical sensitivities, it doesn’t bother me. I put in on the rack in the dryer on ‘air’ for a couple of hours at first hoping to get rid of a bit of it, but was determined to sleep on it the day it arrived. I haven’t had a lick of trouble. It is not overwhelming and I am VERY sensitive to smells. You can flip it over if you are a back sleeper and you will be pleased – even more comfort and support than the neck pillow. I’ll never own another pillow – I will keep buying this one from now on.

No comparison to any other memory foam –
If it is not the same product, then you couldn’t have “found it significantly cheaper” somewhere else. There is a great difference between Tempur memory foam and all others that claim to be the best. I have had my Tempur mattress and pillow for about 10 years now and I am as happy with them now as the day I got them. I am only looking to get a new pillow because my fiancee is always stealing mine. I have tried other brands of memory foam throughout the years, and none have remotely compared in quality or comfort.

I was getting bad neck cricks in the morning that lasted for days. I knew it was because I would wake up sleeping funny. I bought this pillow hoping it would help keep my head at a level that would prevent cricks.
I found it too hard at first. I threw it on the floor every night and grabbed my old pillow for a month or two. I kept trying to get used to it because I spent so much money on it. Eventually I noticed it softened up and I got used to it. I’m not sure which was the major culprit for my dislike at first. Now I couldn’t survive without it. I haven’t had a crick in nearly a year.
I love how it has a little raised edge that is perfect to either tuck good and snug around your shoulders if you are on your back, or either slip your shoulders under if on your side. It seems to only work on one side. I wondered if there was a back sleeping side and a side sleeping side, but I just have a favorite side period. I love how it just seems to adjust and put your head at just the right level. I couldn’t imagine sleep without this thing. It’s just plain fabulous!

I have purchased a Tempur Sonata pillow about 3 weeks ago. After suffering severe neck and shoulder pain for the past year and experimenting with various different pillows and combinations, learnt about the Tempur Sonata.
After using the pillow for about 6 days, my neck pain improved tremendously, and I do not have any shoulder pain. from being negative at nignt to go to bed, now, I can’t wait.
