ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

 

Vencasa respects consumer rights, and you have the option to return defective goods. We want to make your customer experience as enjoyable as possible. If you have purchased any goods online and are having problems with them and would like to return them, we will gladly assist you.

You may return the goods to any Vencasa showroom closest to you with no additional cost/expense to yourself, or we collect the goods at an additional cost and receive a full refund within 7 days if;

  1. You did not get the chance to properly check the goods when they were delivered;
  2. You received a mixture order, i.e. you received some of your order mixed with items you did not order;
  3. The items received are not suitable for the purpose marketed for and described on our website at the time of purchase
  4. Vencasa will refund you the full price paid for the goods if they are returned in the original unopened packaging;

Mattresses are subjected to the 180 Comfort Exchange Guarantee, only if a mattress protector is purchased with the mattress.

Please Note:  Pillows, mattress protectors and pillow protectors are non-refundable and cannot be returned once the original seal has been opened.
